That feeling is exactly why Molon Labs started. We wanted to build a firearms company to solve this problem within the industry. We developed some exciting concepts and refined them over the course of years, but we had no idea where to actually start.
So we spent the next four years trying to figure it out. Scribbling down ideas and trying things out, but ultimately being too busy or distracted with life to make any meaningful progress building the business.
Along the way, we realized something: we couldn't build a great business without first becoming better as individuals. So we built tools to help us focus, stay accountable, and execute. Once our personal lives were more organized, we applied the same principles to our business operations.
Now, we're finally at a point where the tools, roadmaps, and processes make sense. As we continue to refine ourselves and businesses, we wanted to share those same TTPs with individuals and organizations that align with our values.
